• Cancellation Fees: Marga Travel will charge a cancellation fee, which can vary depending on the type of booking (e.g., flights, hotels, tours), the reason for cancellation (e.g., medical emergency, travel restrictions), and the time frame before the trip applicable to the terms and conditions of each booked trip/poackage.

• Airlines:Non-Refundable Tickets: Some airline tickets and other bookings are non-refundable, meaning no money will be returned even if the booking is cancelled. 

• Timeframes for Refunds: Refund requests often have a specific timeframe within which they must be submitted, and the processing time can vary, potentially taking several weeks or even longer.  

• Refund Methods: Refunds are typically processed back to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, bank account).

• Documentation: Cancellation requests should usually be made in writing and may require supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate, death certificate.

NB: Third-Party Service Providers: Marga Travel often act as intermediaries, and the specific cancellation and refund policies of third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels) also apply. ​​​​​​​

1. Booking Completion:

• The customer initiates the booking process through the travel agency's website, phone, or in-person visit.
• They provide necessary details like travel dates, destinations, and passenger information.
• Marga Travel confirms availability and provides a quote.
• Customer accepts the quotation and a final invoice is generated

2. Payment:

• Full payment of the total value of the booking is required to confirm the reservations.
• Payment can be made through various methods, such as credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
• Customers can pay instalments for bookings with a check in date of more than 90 days from the date of booking over a minimum of 3 months and max 6 months allowed until full payments are received (only applicable to bookings with a check in date of more than 150 days from date of when booking was accepted)

3. Confirmation:

• Once payment is received, Marga Travel will issue a booking confirmation.
• This confirmation typically includes:
  • Final details of the booking (e.g., flight details, hotel reservations, tour bookings).
  • Confirmation number for each booking.
  • Terms and conditions of the booking.
  • Contact information for Marga Travel.
• The customer may need to sign and return the booking confirmation to Marga Travel.
